For all cases, you should put. Sma file to addons / amxmodx / scripting.
for Windows
drag and drop
1.Peretaschite. Sma file to "compile.exe".
2.Otkompilirovanny. Amxx file in the directory will be compiled.
Compile all plugins
1.Dvazhdy click compile.exe, to compile all the plugins and put them in a directory compiled.
Command Line
1.Zaydite in the "Start" "Run", type "cmd", click Ok.
2.Ispolzuyte cd, to change the directory, for example:

3. Use amxxpc, to compile the plugin:

First, go to the scripting directory in your shell as follows

Compile all plugins
1. Run the script compile.sh one of the following:

or

chmod +x compile.sh
./compile.sh
Compiling a single plug-in
1. Start amxxpc, for example

2. The compiled plugin in the same directory.
