USB Mouserate Switcher 1.0

USB Mouserate Switcher 1.0 allows for increased frequency survey of mice that are connected via USB. The following options frequencies "dialogue" on mice with USB-PC interface: 250 Hz (4 ms polling interval), 500 Hz (2 ms polling interval), and (scary thought!) 1000 Hz (1 ms polling interval).
